This is a 4-week program to help get you moving in the right direction as you start
your fitness journey. It consists of a 3-day full body split, which means you
will only be working out 3 days a week. That’s right, starting out you are only committing to working out 3 days a week.

Time to push it

This intermediate program is a 4-week, 4-day split workout program that is sure to test the physical and mental will of anyone looking to move up from
beginner status.

The program outline consists of a leg day followed by a chest/triceps day, and then a rest day. The last half of the week finishes with back/biceps, then shoulder/abs, followed by two rest days.

 Once you complete the 4-week program it is recommended that you start the program over again with the intention of increasing your effort and progressive overload before you decide to move onto the advanced program.

This female intermediate program is a 4-week, 4-day split workout program that is sure to test the physical and mental will of anyone looking to move up from
beginner status.

The program outline consists of a lower and upper body day back-to-back, followed by a rest day. Then another lower and upper body day, followed by two rest days.

For the experienced gym user that is looking to keep on top of their game.

The male advanced workout is a 4-week program consisting of workouts 5-days a week that have diverse movement patterns and a strong focus on compound movements.

Once completed it’s recommended to run through the program a minimum of 1 addition 4-week session but is recommended to complete 2 additional 4-week sessions for maximum strength and muscle gain.

Within the program you can expect two upper body days, two lower body days, and a giant set session day that will prime your body for optimal muscle growth.

This 4-week program has been designed with the advanced female gym user in mind.
