What is Total Body Transformation Coaching?

At its core it is a more personal approach to your fitness training, mindset, habits, and nutrition.

However, before we move forward any further, if you are currently overweight, unhealthy, and/or generally unhappy with where you are in life physically and/or emotionally it is important to understand that it did not happen overnight, and thus, we must set realistic expectations for your goals moving forward.

This journey we are about to embark on together is a marathon, not a sprint. Forming new lifelong changes rarely happen overnight. There is no miracle pill that can instantly change your negative habits, routines, or your mindset into positive ones. This is a process that takes time, commitment, and self-discipline.

Let me ask you this, if you had to choose between starting a thousand-mile journey completely alone or with another person, which would it be?

I would be willing to bet a vast majority would choose to have someone by there side during that journey.

Why?

Because we inherently know that when facing any difficult task/circumstance we will automatically perceive it less difficult when the situation is shared with another person. Even if their role is merely supportive.

That is why throughout this process I will not only be your coach, but I will also be your system of accountability, support, motivation, and strength. Regardless of the goals we set together for you, I am going to be with you throughout the entire process.

So what happens now?

Down below you will find a link to schedule a consultation with me, where we will discuss and assess your current situation, expectations, past failures, and goals moving forward.

Once we both feel comfortable that my program is a good fit for you, I will email you a link that will walk you through officially enrolling into my Total Body Transformation Coaching Program.

Once enrolled and all documents and questionnaires are signed and completed, I will begin working on creating your customer fitness and nutrition program that will get you on track to burning stubborn fat, generate more energy, build muscle, and transform your life.

Typically your fitness and nutrition plan will be loaded into your app profile within 2 weeks and can be found by tapping on the “Programs” button within the app.

Once coaching begins, forms of communication will be conducted through a variety of different channels, in-app messaging, zoom, via phone call, and/or email. It’s important to understand that due to all other work and life obligations, my response time during the week is typically within 24 hours.

Also, unless previously arranged, all forms of communication sent during the weekend and/or holidays will be replied to the following business day.
