Alpha is what I consider the program of all programs. I designed it to push you to the absolute limit. It’s designed to build strength, metabolic conditioning, improved athletic performance, confidence, mental strength, and overall well-being.

This program has been designed to fast track muscle growth for elite males. The workouts have been custom built in a Push/Pull/Lower Body/Push/Pull format. With workouts scheduled for 5 days per week, this is an amazing program that will require dedication and some hard work. However, at the end of it, all this hard work will be heavily rewarded!

This program has been designed to fast track muscle growth for elite females. The workouts have been custom built in a Upper Body/Lower Body/Circuit/Upper Body/Lower Body format. With workouts scheduled for 5 days per week, this is an amazing program that will require dedication and some hard work. However, at the end of it, all this hard work will be heavily rewarded!

Prepare for War

This program was designed for one reason…to break you down and build you up physically and mentally.

ALPHA is a 12-Week Hybrid program consisting of workouts 6 days a week that focus on high volume, hypertrophy, strength, and high intensity interval training (HIIT). There is one de-load week worked into the program to assist in recovery, body adaptation, and accelerated progress for the weeks to follow.

ALPHA is recommended for ELITE High Performers and athletes only.
